Since joining forces over a decade ago, The Food Dudes have grown their once small, home-based operation into Toronto’s most revered, innovative and adaptive catering and food service company.

Executive Chef Adrian Niman founded The Food Dudes in 2007 upon completing his intense training at the Michelin-starred Reads Hotel in Mallorca, Spain. Adrian then partnered with Creative Director Brent McClenahan, who specializes in bridging the gap between design strategy and the culinary arts. They added Chief Executive Officer Lindsay Klein soon after, built a world-class team of passionate professionals, and quickly distinguished themselves as industry leaders.

The Food Dudes consistently raise the bar by anticipating and fulfilling the dynamic needs of the modern metropolitan client - a desire for fresh and local ingredients, sophisticated original fare, flexible budgeting plans - all while providing a memorable culinary experience.

Adrian Niman

Founder / Executive Chef

Chef Adrian Niman originally launched The Food Dudes from the kitchen of his condo and has remained integral to all company projects since. His continued cultural travels give him a diverse and curious palette, while his self-driven approach has propelled him from the only chef at the upstart Food Dudes to an influential presence in the culinary community. All menu creation for The Food Dudes begins with Chef Niman, who also heads up business growth development while working in the kitchens of the award-winning restaurants Rasa and Sara nightly.

Lindsay Klein

Partner / Chief Executive Officer

Progressing from a one woman show to the position of CEO thanks to a knack for visionary leadership, Lindsay Klein established the entirety of The Food Dudes’ event coordination apparatus. Working around the clock for the last decade has paid off, enabling Lindsay to lead a multi-faceted hospitality team by virtue of her vast experience encountering every possible food service scenario. Lindsay is a committed and multi-talented leader capable of doing every single job at The Food Dudes, especially her own.


The Food Dudes maintain the highest standards of sustainability across all business endeavours. Deliveries and pick-ups are scheduled with efficiency in mind, ensuring minimal time spent on the road. Clients are encouraged to rent our reusable platters, while all disposable cutlery and dinnerware is 100% biodegradable. Organic waste and recyclables are vigilantly separated at all facilities, venues and events.


The Food Dudes take pride in supporting an array of charitable organizations and events. Fundraising is a central tenet of the company ethos, with extensive efforts made toward assisting vital philanthropic causes in Toronto and elsewhere.

Recent large-scale successes include the Toronto Raptors’ Raps City Social in support of the MLSE Foundation, SickKids Foundation's Great Camp Adventure Walk, We Are Warriors' Charity Gala benefiting Princess Margaret Hospital, the World Vision Annual General Meeting, plus the New + Now Gala and Obsession Dinner, both held at the Gardiner Museum. We were also honoured to help in the raising of over $2.2 million at the SickKids Get Loud event, where we served 4,300 participants.

The Food Dudes have donated services to Camp Oochigeas, Ashley’s Angels, CAMH, Scouts Canada, Three To Be, Kinark, Canada Cares, Haiti Relief, Second Harvest, The Angel Project, The Weekend to End Breast Cancer, Citi Athletic Foundation, Bridle Bash, Friends For Life Bike Rally and more.


The Food Dudes place immeasurable value in our participation as members of the greater Toronto community, an ever-evolving relationship that we nurture through collaboration with the city’s most talented creative minds. Artists and musicians provide vital components for our annual Block Party event, a cooperative effort that embraces the communal nature of Toronto’s diverse populace, while mainstays like Set Monday at Rasa incorporate artistic elements to enrich the dining experience.
