Chef Adrian Niman founded The Food Dudes in 2007 to revolutionize the industry he revered. Originally working out of his condo kitchen, Adrian progressed from catering dinners and intimate events to taking on more high profile clients. By applying his international influences to a catering style built on youthful energy and exceptional service, Adrian emerged as a visionary leader in his field. With excitement and business growing, Adrian knew it was time to take The Food Dudes to the next level.
